- From I-290 (Eisenhower Expressway), take exit #23A at Austin Boulevard and travel north one block to Harrison Street. Turn left onto Harrison Street and travel eight more blocks to Ridgeland Avenue. Turn right onto Ridgeland Avenue. At Division Street, keep in the right lane, but then make an immediate left turn in order to stay on Ridgeland Avenue. Then follow directions from Division Street above.
Parking
Plentiful on-street parking within one block of the church building is ordinarily available on Greenfield Street or Edmer Avenue just north of the building.
Public Transportation
Every day, including Sundays, CTA's #72 bus and Pace's #311 bus make stops at the Narragansett terminal on North Avenue, just two blocks north of the church. CTA's bus #91 operates on Austin Boulevard daily (half a mile east of the church). Monday through Friday, CTA bus #86 passes directly in front of the church. Each of the buses mentioned connect with the CTA's elevated lines or Metra trains. Metra trains serve the Galewood station about a mile north of the church.

Accessibility
United's entrance on the Greenfield Street (north) side of the building is at ground level without any steps. A limited number of handicapped parking spaces are available on the south side of Greenfield Street near the building.
The fellowship hall and lounge are also at ground level, while the entrance to the sanctuary or main worship space can be accessed via an interior ramp from the Greenfield entrance. An accessible restroom is at the rear of the fellowship hall on the ground level.
